document.write('<p align="justify">In March 1999 the planification to open the Calandra Art gallery in Manarola (&nbsp;Cinque Terre ) finally became reality, a private space dedicated to contemporary art. It is the first to be opened in the Cinque Terre and has by now become a point of reference for contemporary art and for those who value it. <br /><br />The philosophy of the gallery is that of giving space and incentive for young emerging artists of assured talent, while not leaving out well established artists by putting them on the italian and international market organizing personal and collective exhibitions. In these years the major contemporary artists have exhibited.<br />The gallery takes part in all the main Art Fairs, both national and international. <br />Sculptures, paintings and graphics make up the majority of the contents of the gallery although one can find watercolours, pastels and paintings of the Cinque Terre by local artists of unquestionable talent. <br />The growing number of people who rely on us is the answer to the constant seriousness with which we operate. <br /><br />Sebastiano Calandra is the owner of the gallery, he conducts both the artistic and commercial activities. </p>');
